My career has spanned multiple industries and roles — from serving as a professor in higher education to leading product management at Microsoft and acting as COO for several startups. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how to align strategy, systems, and people for lasting success.

As a co-owner of three successful businesses, I gained invaluable hands-on expertise in:

• B2C product development — launched and scaled six brands of cleaners and protectants for cars, motorcycles, homes, trains, and airplanes.
• B2B manufacturing — provided private label solutions for 53 clients with international and online distribution.

At Agile COO Services, I am dedicated to helping small businesses and serial entrepreneurs achieve efficient, profitable growth. Today, through Agile COO Services, my team and I partnered with visionary entrepreneurs and business leaders to streamline operations, integrate automation and AI, and create scalable business models for long-term success.

In 2025, my wife and I relocated to Boise, Idaho, to be closer to two of our three children. Family remains my greatest priority and guides my daily purpose-driven work with clients.
